Goals
Enhance Self-Awareness: Understand different communication styles and personality types to better navigate interpersonal dynamics. The goal is to be able to adjust communication and interaction strategies to suit different people and contexts effectively. This includes active listening, clear and effective speaking, and the ability to interpret and use body language to enhance how messages are given and received.
Master Persuasion Techniques: techniques for influencing others by understanding the principles of persuasion, learning how to craft compelling arguments, and knowing how to motivate others toward a common goal.
Practical Application: Throug role-playing and real-world exercises, enable students to apply learned skills in varied scenarios, helping to cement these skills through practice.
